With so many choices available, customers can leave your establishment if they are not satisfied.
But for some reason, DigiCars Group has been attracting customers to their dealership for so many years.
Asheen Dayal, chief marketing officer (CMO) for DigiCars Group believes client satisfaction and an easy flowing relationship with your brand should be the driving force behind customer experience.
He said the most important thing dealerships needed to do to attract their customers was to offer them good services.

“So, as the CMO of DigiCars, we’re really on a journey that we’ve embarked on to bring affordable mobility to South Africans, simply because we’ve identified Chery as one of our main OEM partners,” he said.
Not only do they offer good services to their customers, Chery Cars in South Africa according to Dayal come with a lot of safety, a lot of value, a lot of technology for half the price that you would pay for another vehicle with similar features.
“We really are for South Africans where having your first car is really about freedom,” said Dayal, adding that DigiCars group owns a lot of multi-franchise dealerships in Gauteng.

On 19 August they held a welcoming event to their Chery international president Mr. Chen, who came to Mzansi to see what South Africa is all about and of course get to know the people and their customers. Dayal concluded touching on the topic of unemployment in this country.
He said youth unemployment is a huge problem in South Africa, and the automotive industry in South Africa is really a cornerstone of industry. “As we saw of late, where newer manufacturers and newer OEMs are coming into the country, they are stimulating growth in the economy itself. And of course, by doing that, and because there is much more growth, you know, dealerships like us, we’re able to employ more younger people. For example, we have a cadet program, where we take people straight in from college.”
