KIDS can only be better adults tomorrow if they interact with each other more.
This is why ReachSA, a nonprofit organisation, exists today.
The non-profit organisation helps kids to become good listeners and better speakers by organising a variety of different activities in and around the West Rand area. About 140 children attend the Health Awareness campaign to be informed, educate and be taught about their health, hygiene and taking care of their bodies at an early age.
The event took place recently at Kagiso Memorial and Recreation Centre.
For this event to happen, ReachSA had to partner with Mogale City Children Sector, Mogale City Arts and Culture Forum, who both share the same vision as them.
Public relations officer for ReachSA, Mandla Sibanda, said extra mutual activities are important for children.
“We all need fun as a form of learning and together we are the village that is safe for raising children and responsible youth and citizens.”
