The DStv Delicious International Food & Music Festival 2025 wrapped up in spectacular style on Sunday, 21 September, at the Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit, Gauteng. Festivalgoers were treated to a day of rich local sounds, soul-stirring performances, and vibrant African energy.

The final day focused on jazz, gospel, and African fusion, led by the powerful Joyous Celebration Rewind showcase. Fans rejoiced as beloved former members, including Khaya Mthetwa, returned to the stage, delivering a nostalgic and emotional performance.

Acclaimed artist Mandisi Dyantyis mesmerised the audience with his signature blend of African traditional music and jazz, drawing roaring applause. Zoë Modiga brought her afro-jazz soul to life with bold vocals and a message of cultural pride, earning a standing ovation.

Though Sunday centred on local talent, the full festival weekend had earlier featured international icons such as Lauryn Hill, Wyclef Jean, and Ziggy and YG Marley, adding global flavour to the proudly South African experience.

The festival was proudly presented by DStv, with major backing from LottoStar. Other key partners included Mercedes-Benz, Telkom, Coke Studio, Sensodyne, Flight Centre, Channel O, 947, 702, and Proudly South African. The Delicious Festival Trader Academy, powered by FoodBev SETA, also supported emerging culinary talent.

With world-class food, fashion, music, and unity on full display, Sunday’s soulful close proved that DStv Delicious is not just a festival – it’s a celebration of culture, rhythm, and homegrown excellence.
