
Durban, South Africa – The highly anticipated 4360 International Comedy Festival has officially announced its final lineup of comedians set to perform at the inaugural event taking place 16–17 April 2026 at The Bat Centre in Durban.
Founded by South African comedian and producer Thenjiwe Moseley, the festival brings together comedic voices from across Africa and beyond, creating a unique platform that celebrates cross-cultural humour, storytelling, and international collaboration.
Following an open call that received over 100 submissions from comedians around the world, a carefully curated selection of performers has been chosen to represent their countries on the Durban stage.

The festival will also feature music by international artist Kon$cnce from the United States 🇺🇸, adding an exciting global element to the event.
More Than Just a Comedy Show
The 4360 International Comedy Festival will begin on 16 April with an Industry Workshop at The Bat Centre, where comedians, creatives, and aspiring performers will explore topics including:
• The business of stand-up comedy
• Building a global comedy career
• Comedy and social impact
• Monetising creative talent
The workshop is free to attend and offers an opportunity for comedians to network, learn from industry professionals, and connect with international performers.
A Platform for African Comedy
Festival founder Thenjiwe Moseley says the goal of the festival is to create a platform where African comedians can connect with global audiences while strengthening the comedy ecosystem on the continent.

The festival will also include opportunities for comedians to collaborate with Durban’s iconic Big Belly Comedy Club, providing international performers with a chance to perform at one of South Africa’s most respected comedy stages.
