GAME DAY! PRASA TO RUN TRAINS TO NEDBANK CUP SEMI-FINALS!

As soccer fans gear up to make their way to Loftus Versfeld and Orlando Stadium for the Nedbank Cup Semi-Finals to take place tomorrow, PRASA is excited to announce convenient, hassle-free Metrorail train services for soccer fans to get to their favourite games.

PRASA will run a special train service to get the soccer fans to the Mamelodi Sundowns vs Kaizer Chiefs at Loftus Versfeld Stadium from the following corridors:

Piennarspoort, De Wildt, Mabopane to Pretoria Station to Lofts Station. The trains will run as per the train schedule provided.

There will be a shuttle train service every 30 minutes from Pretoria Station to Lotus Station and vice versa from 15:30 to 20:50

PRASA will also run a train service to the Orlando Pirates vs Marumo Gallants match to take place at Orlando Stadium.

The train service will run from Park Station, Naledi, New Canada and Midway Station to Orlando Stadium where commuters will then take a safe and guided walk along the fan walk to the stadium.

Fans are encouraged to buy their special train tickets early for R20 at any PRASA train station.

For the safety and protection of spectators, PRASA has significantly increased security personnel across all trains and stations.

Additional security officers will be deployed to key locations, working alongside law enforcement to provide match-goers with a secure travel experience.

Fans are encouraged to make use of PRASA’s services to avoid traffic congestion and parking hassles while enjoying a seamless and secure travel experience.
