Kefilwe-Rosina Moroane, founder and director of Adam’s Rocks, recently hosted another successful business seminar under the theme “Coffee with Rosfifi Business Insights.”

The event took place at TodDose Roasters Coffee in Muldersdrift, Mogale City, last Friday.
The seminar aimed to create a platform where entrepreneurs, emerging businesses and stakeholders could network, strengthen their business knowledge and build meaningful partnerships. It also encouraged business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs to share their experiences while exploring opportunities that can help grow their ventures.

Participants engaged in discussions on practical business skills, entrepreneurship and strategies for building sustainable businesses. The session also focused on helping emerging entrepreneurs identify business opportunities, understand where and how to access funding, and recognise that successful businesses can be started with little or no capital.
Speaking at the event, Moroane encouraged entrepreneurs to remain committed to learning and working together.

“Every opportunity has the potential to change your journey. Keep learning, keep showing up, and never underestimate the power of collaboration,” she said.
She added that the fight against unemployment is far from over and urged business owners to collaborate in creating opportunities that can improve people’s lives and strengthen local communities.
Entrepreneur Sarah Pelele, founder of Kutlwano for African Child Development Centre, also highlighted the value of collaboration for small businesses. She said partnerships and knowledge-sharing are essential in helping emerging enterprises overcome challenges, access new opportunities and achieve sustainable growth.
